How do I receive a refund for a game I purchased?
 

Ziggle's return policy is simple. If you purchase a game accidentally, or are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your game for a full refund within 7 calender days of your purchase. For special circumstances, you may explain your situation by visiting our contact​ page. ​

What do I do if I lost my username or password?

If you lose your username or password, you can still log in using your registered e-mail address. Your username will be sent to your e-mail along with a one time password. After you log in with your one time password it will reset, and you will be required to make a new password or your choosing.
